Maui, Hawaii had always been on my bucket list because its breathtaking tropical beauty. In 2019-2020, in the middle of COVID, we went to Maui, HI. The stunning beaches, lush landscapes, and vibrant culture create the perfect backdrop for creating lasting memories.
When we first got to Maui, I was so tired that I needed coffee, but come to our belief that everything in the airport was closed! It was only like 6p their time. But yet, everything was closed. I have never seen so many random rainbows a day in my life until we went to Maui.
I have included photos with this blog post. I wanted to share the memories that Maui created for us while we were there – things we saw while we walked around; the view from our window and balcony; places we went to – Bubba Gumps and Kimo’s – their foods, drinks, and views; flowers that I found walking down the street; food trucks; and just views that I took while we were either in Safeway or driving downtown exploring. I remember that while we were driving, there would be a man in a beach chair sitting on the bridge holding a “Jesus Saves” sign. He wouldn’t be doing anything else but just holding that sign.
