It has been a long time coming, but CRJH now has a B and an A team. The B team took the field for the first game of the season. For many of these young player, this will be their first time playing softball – but they are ready to take on the challenge and prove themselves. With hard work and determination, these players are sure to make a name for themselves, as they played their first ever game together as a team.

It was an exciting match-up that gave us an early glimpse into what this new B team is capable of. The final score was CRJH B team 2 v Eustace 2, ending the game with a tie.

CRJH A Team took the field for their second season of JH softball. The girls were matched up against Eustace, a team with a strong history of success. Despite the cold, windy weather and with only two practices in, CR came out on top with a 9-0 victory. It was an impressive display of teamwork and skills from these young players that have played together over a year ago.

Next game is scheduled for March 2nd at 7:45p at Cross Roads against Edgewood.
