For the 8th grade players of CRJH, as well as Kerens JH last night was their last game of their junior high careers. After months of hard work and dedication to the sport, they were finally playing their last game until next year. CRJH lost to Kerens, but that did not take away from the fact that this was a special moment for them. It marked the end of an era in which these players had come together as a team and worked hard to achieve success on and off the court. Although it was a bittersweet moment for them and their parents (myself included), we are all looking forward to seeing them play in high school. We cannot wait to see what these talented young athletes will do next. Until next year!
